"Still recovering after a terrible haircut, which was supposed to be just a trim. I cannot remember the stylist’s name, but I know she does a lot of men’s haircuts and loves doing blonde hair. I went in for a simple trim for my “bangs”. She gave me a shaggy hair cut, that consisted of a bunch of layers I didn’t ask for and she chopped off a lot of hair for bangs I didn’t ask for. My hair was in ruins. I was about to cry after the result & all she said was “this is what you asked for”. When I told her no it’s not & why did she act like she knew what I was asking for when she clearly didn’t, she just preceded to tell me this is what I asked for & was trying to show me her barber work, which I didn’t care to see. Literally everyone I showed my new haircut to immediately noticed how awful it looked & we decided it looked like a shaggy “soccer mom” look which is not cute for a 20 year old. My hair is still growing out from the awful cut. The lack of professionalism when it came to my dismay haunts me. If someone is crying @ the result, they clearly did not get what they asked for. I wish I could remember this lady’s name. But if any worker sees this and realizes this is them: shame on you. I don’t know what I did for you to clearly botch my hair but you ruined something that should give someone confidence. 1st picture was before the cut. As you can see my “bangs” were long & I wanted a simple diagonal trim. 2nd pic is after cut. CHOPPY"
