"I've been in therapy with Maria for over two years and she's provided the best therapy out of many other clinics I've gone to. Dr.Francisco seems to be a very busy psychiatrist, my communication with him is more limited than I'd prefer. I also receive a outpatient social skills services with Ruby that have significantly bettered my mental health and social anxiety. I would easily give 5 stars if the doctors were more communicative with the patients and lovely therapists."

"Called to be seen, i was having a mental episode and Lupe answer the call. She left me on hold for 15 min and after she returned she told me i could not be seen because they don’t take Aetna. This office can care less about you as a human being… To your response! I can pay cash for the visit!!! The problem is when a mental health patient reaches out is for a reason! Is not for a cold is to prevent suicide or anything that might be happening! Is not to be placed on hold and turned away!! What about sending me to a hospital? No i was told NO for the type of insurance i have! I am lucky to have a support system! What happens if i was alone??? Ps: DR. Roseman takes walk ins with no problem he is willing to help! With or with out insurance"
