"Took my baby here for his 6wk appt and so far all his follow ups. The front staff has been really nice, it's a small but quiet lobby. The Dr has been really great so far. Listens and is respectful to what I have to say and my baby really enjoys her too. I will continue to go here so long as my babies insurance covers it."

"Very unprofessional and not knowledgeable at all. When I went in they told me my insurance had to approve me getting my wisdom teeth out and that they would send me a letter so they can refer me out which is correct yet when trying to get a hold of them every time they are busy and when I do get a hold of the dentist office the girls there don’t know what the hell they are talking about. They told me to contact them when I got the letter but then the lady over the phone tells me to talk to my dentist about it and that they don’t deal with that when they were the ones who told me to let them know. They are in their high horses over there and honestly is you can go to another dentist office just do it because the workers in the front are just in it for the money."

"I’m rewriting my previous review, as it was frustratingly done after multiple failed attempts with getting things done with my healthcare… I originally gave just one star, and now I give four! First, let me explain the type of healthcare facility this is.. I believe this is a government sponsored medical system that sees patients with no regard to insurance or medical needs. They treat everyone- with or without insurance.. So you can imagine the quality of care and service you’re going to receive… If you want better quality care, and you have better insurance, then this place probably isn’t for you.. They are overrun and probably underpaid workers doing the best they can(most of them). I raised their stars from one to four because of the workers attitudes(again, most of them), and their determination and tremendous effort in doing everything they possibly can.. I actually feel sorry for them because of the enormous workload they must endure.. I recently went in for an appointment and was quite surprised at how pleasant and helpful everyone was.. They really do try!! But if you really need some serious healthcare issues taken care of, be prepared to wait and possibly make a few phone calls to make sure things are being done.. I do give an A for effort though! Btw, their healthcare system is ancient.. they seriously needs some improvement in technology.. The people are great, though.."

"This place sucks. My son had an appointment today at 8am. We showed up at 8 14am and they would not take us. Zanaida ( not sure if I spelled her name correctly) was the receptionist, she had a bad attitude upon walking in. We live off of 95 and college. We were stuck in traffic. Every appointment I've had there I have waited at least a half hour to be seen, but they can't see my son. Nobody was waiting. Not one person, but they couldn't see him. Ridiculous."

"The experience is Bad. Went in because of an emergency dental Check up to get some teeth fixed or pulled that Was putting me in pain. At the time was pregnant and all they say they needed was a doctor's note releasing me to get the work done. They then Sent me to other places. One place said that they would schedule me an appointment An absolute dental Is on wigwam. They said that they would call back 24 to 48 hours. Was still never seen. Then call this place Back to make an appointment after the baby was born and had no avaiable appointments and would need to be an emergency during their hours windows.go in as an Emergency to get sent away cause did not have someone to watch my children."
