"Reasonable selection if you're after short pants & shirts, but lacking in summer pants selection at this location. The older gentleman's service was much to be desired (alcoholism, confused or just plain rude, difficult to tell), however, the younger guy proved to be helpful & courteous. I'm certainly gonna take a look at my local TB store when I'm back home."

"The Tommy Bahama clothing is always great! But the customer service personnel in Whalers Village was SUPER! In particular, John in customer service helped me and my wife pick out a special polo shirt for me. John is always smiling and cares for each customer. I also noticed that the other customer service folks in the store were super helpful working with other customers. But I was lucky to work with John. A few days after buying my shirt, I happened to pass by John in the Whalers Village courtyard. He recognized me and said 'Hello' and 'Thanks again for coming by the store!' That was so great! John is a great asset to the TB team!"

"Pick up swimsuit shorts and some cologne. Very attentive staff providing service at the fitting rooms. Great selection of quality merchandise. The swimsuits in particular were reversible which made it a better bargain."
