"This is an OK store, but like most Gap Factory outlets the selection is very limited and doesn't vary all that often. On the menswear side, it's a good place to get keenly priced chinos, casual shirts and shorts in basic colors. However, after you've been a couple of times it just gets boring!"
"GAP Lahaina! The store is good, the ambience is amazing, great selection & affordable offers.....but employees are very rude, no smile on their face, it' seems like they are working in a store forcefully. I made some purchases but while checking out at the billing desk the cashier was very rude with me with no smile & on top of that she was replying to my question in a very rude manner which is in the retail industry it shouldn't happen. Worst experience.....will never go to this store again. If store operations are reading this review i will suggest you to go thru to CCTV of Store. They should learn the customer service & politeness from "Calvin Klein" store just next to it. Thank you."
