"I pride myself on being a pizza expert and I must say this is one of the finest pies I have ever experienced. Flop was minimal. Very beautiful crust and with a nice balance of crisp to fluff. Cheese was spectacular as expected, pepperoni was however underwhelming and not as crispy as I would have preferred."

"Nikki’s Pizza is truly an underrated establishment. You may think it’d be middle of the road being in the shopping center food court, but they absolutely kill it. Every. Single. Time. I first tried this place a couple years ago and have come back every year since. I’ve been to Nikki’s 3 times on my current trip alone. The staff is extremely friendly, the food is top tier, and the menu is extensive. Keep up the good work, Nikki. I’ll definitely be back and bring my friends."

"I wouldn’t blame you for thinking that this tiny pizzeria in a mall food court is probably just OK, but let me tell you this little gem punches way above it's weight class! The pizza is absolutely amazing! Deliciously pully cheese, soft chewy crust, and high quality toppings make this a surprisingly good pie. Also has an extensive menu besides pizza! Even serves breakfast! Come on! They are the sweetest people making really good pizza. Try it out."

"We went to Maui end of June through July 6, and we were at Nikki’s everyday. Nikki and his main chef were very nice and welcoming to us, always making the best food. I especially came back for the chicken teriyaki, the portions are very large considering the price. The breakfast is also reasonable. Location is so convenient I’ll highly recommended going to Nikki’s Pizza. I even got a picture with Nikki on my last day!"

"Came here every day for breakfast because it is AMAZING. I wake up craving the french toast with bananas. The veggie omelet is so good. A true hidden gem for breakfast! Employees are very kind as well. Highly recommend!"
