"My wife and I are landscaping our front yard. We went here looking for a bubbler fountain. It took us three stores and 2 days to find the perfect bubbler fountain. Design outdoor took my money, gave me an invoice and marked the bubbler fountain as sold with my name on it. We went back home and contracted out landscaper. We chose our colors and designed our pavers and rock wall based on this fountain. My landscaper completed the paver walkway, rock walls, buried fountain tub and pump, and ran electrical wiring. We were, at that point, at only 14 days since purchase. My landscaper went to the store to pick it up and they told him they do not have it. “We must have sold it to someone else”. They say. They have no solution to this problem and we planned our entire landscape design based off of this one off stone. Horrible business"

"Were happy with the product we received and loving our new patio. Ryan, in the yard, is awesome. We had purchased some select bluestone and needed just a little more to finish the job. Initially we were told getting more was easy, just come grab it when needed. Unfortunately, the new lot was a different color and thickness. After visiting with a few employees we were getting discouraged and figuring out how to finish the job in a way we could make work, but didn't love, using what they had. Fortunately as we were in the yard digging and visiting Ryan came into the picture. He knew what we were after and helped us find what we needed.
