"Friendly, helpful staff. I drive past other hardware stores to get to Carter Bros because they always have the nuts, bolts, and accessories I need. A good example is stainless metric. There is a hardware store right by my house who has metric and stainless but not metric stainless. I pass Home Depot because the staff is useless and hard to find."
"This Hardware store is AMAZING! Wow imagine that, you walk in and someone actually greets you and ask's if you need help. Not like well I won't mention their names lol. I can't believe how many items are in this store. There is a basement and it's packed too. I found what I needed to fix my lamp without having to go to Amazon. Ace Carter Brothers ROCKS."
"Excellent hardware store with a good selection of metric and standard hardware, but like many businesses after Covid, these folks have closed their restrooms to public access, and not re-opened them. There’s nothing quite like trying to sort through and get the right nuts and bolts for a project when you really need to go. I’m very frustrated with stores that don’t provide basic accommodations for paying customers - that’s just bad service, and I’ll take my business elsewhere until they fix it!"
