"Didn't not count my Rx correctly gave me 18 instead of 24. Now I am a week short on my meds. Is not a schedule aka Pain medicine but is for pain from my autoimmune disease. Happens again and the DEA will be notified immediately to inventory the non scheduled drugs."
"Arrived at 1150 and went straight to electronics, asked for an associate to open a box to get some 30 dollar ear buds. Asked for an associate, Waited 30 minutes (keeping watch as I type this) and the only person who was around said it was their break and left"
"The store is horribly under staffed why does check out have to take 30+ minutes it is because 9 out of 10 cash registers are closed. It would be great if you could hire more people or give your current employees full time hours. If you want to increase add staff and don't make the customers pay such a heavy price with our time to check out."
"Clean, freshly stocked, workers willing to assist in most departments, checkout was easy, associate upon leaving looked at my receipt, but then started to unzip my backpack and I quickly stated: "This is my personal property you need my permission to unzip it!" She then realized she was in violation and allowed me to leave. How many times I feel associates feel entitled to invade our privacy? Management needs to do better with training."
