Michael Kors Outlet 7400 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, NV 89123

"Just entered the store looking for a bag that was available online for $89. The bag was on display for $110 at the outlet. I showed the lady attendant the online bag that showed $89 without batting an eyelid or checking it online she said "they may be running an online promotion" Nowhere on the site does it say online promotion only. Horrible customer service!!!!!"

"This is the email I sent to customer service. Hello, I just had a bad experience at your store. I was trying to exchange a face mask because it was not stitched correctly. Joanne was lovely but once Leslie stepped in he was the rudest employee I ever have encountered in my life. I always shop at this store and I have never experienced one of your employees like that. Even Joanne apologized for him. It was choking that I had to go through this, his attitude was not up to Michaels Kors standards. I am totally in shock. I asked Joanne why is not exchangeable if its not my fault it’s not stitched correctly. She said it’s corporate policy no returns or exchanges period. No matter the condition of the mask. Called Customer service as it was given to me to see what they can do for me. Customer service told me it was up to each store police to decide to make the exchange or not and to give them a call and ask for the Corporate number. Called the store and spoke to Joanne and she said there was no corporate number to call so then she proceeded to put me on hold to read her email regarding face mask policy then she came back to tell me she could exchange it but it would be final sale and I said it’s okay as long the face mask is stitched correctly I will have no problem. So after she spoke to her store manager the mask will be exchanged. I don’t think I had to go through this. After making so many purchases at your store and to think customers have to be treated like this by Leslie it kinda makes double think to step into your store again. Your store location is 7400 Las Vegas Blvd. I will send you a picture of the face mask. Thank you for your time. This was such a lovely store for me in the past. The exchange day of my mask will be the last time I step into this store as long Leslie still employed in this facility."
