"The two stars stems from the merch. Definitely not the customer service from this past weekend. We went in the night before the Beyoncé concert on 8/27 trying to find our fabulous renaissance regalia. For starters, it was awkwardly silent in the store. Not sure if music was supposed to be playing or not. But you could definitely tell that the staff was ready to go home for the day. No one spoke, smiled, offered help, or interacted. WOMP. And I was also reminded that the registers would shut down four minutes prior to closing. Which I understand, wanting to go home, but the girl said it in a tone that I perceived as condescending. Probably would never return to this location, not even on emergency basis. Will try the other one or maybe go to Rhapsodielle instead"

"ZERO STARS. I was harassed moments ago & discriminated on while in this store location!! I was followed around and told I could only walk with 4 items in my hand to purchase. I only had two outfits in my hand. The employee was a short rude Hispanic woman!! She told me to put the items back. I informed her that I would leave the store, because I felt embarrassed and I was being harassed. She did NOT apologize for harassing me. This is the 2nd time I’ve been in this store and discriminated on!!! I am EXHAUSTED with it and it must STOP!!! I pay with my hard earned money like everyone else does!! I will NOT be back!!"
