"Tutto is a great place to get anything you could possibly need for your stay. The customer service here is absolutely top notch. They all work very hard to make your shopping experience great and check out fast and efficient. One person in particular that went above and beyond was “Paula” she is so amazing! Stop in, ask for Paula and say “hello”."

"While at a convention in Las Vegas we had a dinner at the Bellagio and while there we used a shop, Tutto's, to purchase a small item, a total of $3,23. This is the only place we used our ATM card and we got frauded to the tune of more than $1,000.00. All of the fraudulent charges were in Las Vegas so the person who frauded our account lives in Vegas and they cloned our card or took down the numbers from the store where we used the card. Neither the store nor the Bellagio would provide us with any help, investigate the store or the employees from where the attack on our bank originated. Their only answer was call your bank. The problem is they are complicit in the theft by their refusal to take any of my information to research the fraud which can only mean they are part of the scam or have no interest in protecting your banking information. Yes my bank will make us whole but that is not the point. The fraud was pinpointed and they refused to take action. No wonder they are so rich!"

"This review is regarding the online shopping experience. The store itself in person seemed fine. I placed an order online on the 11th, didn’t get a confirmation until 14th AFTER I emailed and called them to check on it. As of the 19th I still don’t have a shipping confirmation so I called back in and was told I would have to wait 5-7 days from the order being placed to get that info. ....it’s already been 9 days (7 days if I had to credit weekends back). They told me to check back on the 24th or 25th and they should then be able to get me shipment info. This is nuts in today’s era. Seriously, I’m shopping at the Bellagio. I have slighter higher expectations than at my grandmothers vcr repair shop. Because I want to be slightly constructive to help you get better, please look up Shopify and spend $29/month to modernize your online shopping experience. I won’t shop here again in person or online as a result until then. I get it, most of your revenue comes from in person shopping. But your brand still exists online so why make your brand extension so terrible? Honestly, I’d just take the website down rather than leave this level of service as an option."
