"This review is specifically for Le Labo /Jo Malone area inside Nordstrom’s . Ambria the salesperson was super helpful helping me fine Jo Malone fragrance. I ended up buying a Le Labo sample kit after talking to her about scents I liked and absolutely love it. Breath of fresh air having a salesperson in this area of the store be so helpful and smiling! She also introduced me to Mugler scents that are absolutely divine. Meanwhile as is the norm in the makeup/ perfume section other salesperson in the area was just scrolling on their phone even though there was someone waiting behind me .."

"I recently purchased some cologne from Robert at this Nordstrom and he was PHENOMENAL! It was by far the best experience I've had at the store. He is down to earth, relatable, and I very much value the experience. He heard what I needed, remembered me the next day, and was not pushy."

"There is free parking beneath this area which is lot of spaces available. There is an elevator to use to get in the mall. To access the restrooms, the males restroom is on the 1ST floor while the female is on the 3RD floor. On the 3RD floor is a cafe and restaurant which seems to have decent prices."

"The SA at Le Labo perfume was friendly and helpful. I was there to check different niche perfume scents as they're mostly online and only available at specialty stores. The SA was helpful without being pushy and hovering my shoulder. I was able to enjoy smelling different scents with my own personal space."
