"Today I went to get my backpack stitched up, it was just a minor break in the fabric the attendant, my apologies, I can't recall his name, was very nice to me, took his time to help me, was very patient with me. This scores high marks with me because I am in a wheelchair, and I have never been to this part of Las Vegas before today. To top it off, he did a good job, and I was charged very fairly. If I have another mishap like this with my backpack, I will return for sure, and recommend this business to others."

"Disappointed with the latest repair. Paid a lot for a sloppy job. I was told to pick up my shoes on Monday; however, when I arrived 2 days later my shoes weren’t ready for pick up. He said if I wait 10 minutes he can fix them. I came about an hour later and my shoes were “repaired “ so poorly I didn’t even want to pay. I did however pay because I felt badly. Not coming back here. Sloppy glue job and terrible sewing, $69 for nothing."
