I don’t care if a sale is going on, if you do not close till 8pm then you cannot be turning away customers at 7:40 PM, I wasted my time coming here and all I wanted was a candle. Management needs to do something about its employees."

"It very sad however if you African American don't shop here. I was discriminated against, cheated out of money and product and lied too by a cashier here. The manager Laura did figure out a way to make it better after I had a fit in the store. Bless her heart. I spend lots of $$$$$$ at bath and body works and have never been treated like I was yesterday at this store. Laura did make it better However it has left a very BAD taste in my mouth I will never go to this Bath and Body works again on Nellis AGAIN The cashiers are racists. And will cheat you!!!"
