"Macy's backstage 3rd floor is definitely haunted and dangerous. The only way out is an old elevator without sensors?! Wow! Exposed wires everywhere. Don't go up there unless you love haunted places and want to risk the elevator breaking down."
"Never been here and decided to take a look. The escalators and elevators were down to get to the 3rd floor to shop in the Home department. All customers waiting waited forever as the sales associates laughed and said “we also take tips.” Finally got to the 3rd floor and the prices were outrageous! Definitely do not waste your time here."
