"I placed an order in early August and paid $20 for Fed Ex shipping. I called after a week had went by without receiving anything and left a message. No response. After two weeks of not receiving anything I called again and left a message and emailed. Absolutely no response. I paid via PayPal and placed a claim for reimbursement. At the end of the fourth week I finally get a response that my order was shipped. No FedEx tracking number of course. Horrible communication, horrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would."
