"Awful Customer service … Pharmacist very condescending and not willing to help more then he had to… I am in too much pain to write all that happened … this pharmacist wouldn’t except the info from Walgreens … find a different company… I tried another CVS and that was no better. All happened from 6pm to 7pm …"
"I had to use the bathroom as I had just driven from Las Vegas Motor Speedway to pick up a prescription on October 27, 2023. After getting the prescription and asking if I could use the bathroom, the pharmacy said yes and to just ask the lady upfront for access. Well, the lady upfront lied to me and said the store didn't have a bathroom and was incredibly rude about it. I told her the pharmacy said I could use the bathroom, and now you're telling me you don't have a bathroom? So the pharmacy is lying? She walked away and ignored me. I was very disappointed as this lady is clearly someone who suffers from some physical handicaps and couldn't muster up enough empathy to allow me to use the bathroom."
"when calling regarding an ADHD medication the person on the phone was very short and clearly annoyed with my questions. i understand that those who have been affected by the shortage are being persistent and maybe even a little upset when trying to get details about their refills but the staff should remember that it’s not our fault it’s there’s a shortage. please stop taking it out on us and have some compassion, i need my meds to work which is my whole livelihood. i’ve been going to cvs for years and i would rather continue doing that over switching but being treated poorly over a medication used for a disability treatment is unacceptable."
"Been to this store and the one on West Lake Mead and Torrey Pines which I think are sisters of each other. I am satisfied with my visits here and honestly I can't say it enough. Thank god people still want to work cause they helped me out with everything that I needed. Don is a great Manager and I hope they keep him there."
"10 days later and still no prescription. First they ran my insurance incorrectly (even though I have used them for the last 3 months...) so my prescription was denied. I received no word that there was a problem. I called to see if they had received it and that's when I learned that there was a problem, so the MA at the doctors office AND the insurance company called them and worked it out (or so I thought). When I went in a few days later to see if my script was ready they told me it was being denied by the insurance again and that they were out of the medication. So I called my insurance company, who called the pharmacy again and they had once again submitted it incorrectly (and not communicated with me that there was an issue with the prescription AGAIN). Once that was cleared up, for the second time, they then decided to let me know that the medication was on back order and they had no idea when it would be in. They suggested I try another pharmacy so I had the MA call and cancel the prescription at their location and send it somewhere else. Two days later, they called the MA and tell her they have my medication and can fill it. The MA informed them that the doctor had cancelled that prescription and that it should NOT be filled and they said that a note had been made to cancel it but no one had done it. So here are my main issues: 1 - there was 0 communication with me at any time that there was an issue with the prescription. Even when I did find out there was a problem it still took multiple calls from my insurance carrier to get them to fix the problem. 2 - When someone cancels a prescription that needs to be done. Immediately. By them NOT doing that, it had the potential to cause me some SERIOUS issues with getting my prescription filled elsewhere which I did because they SAID FOR ME TO DO THAT. 3 - Peoples medication is NOT something to play around with. Patients depend on timely communication for their medications. What if I needed that medication to prevent myself from having a life threatening incident? While I do understand that we have to be our advocates, I depend on a business to communicate with me if there is a problem, not just ignore it and wait for me to reach out to them. One a most basic example, if I owned a bakery and someone had ordered a cake from me and I was out of an ingredient needed to complete that order and had no idea when I would get it in or there was any other reason I would not be able to fill their order I would COMMUNICATE THAT TO THE CLIENT and follow through. Long story short, I will absolutely not recommend them to anyone EVER. I am also filing a complaint about them to the department of insurance, that how deplorable their service was."
