"Normally, I have a good experience here but the last two occasions one today and one about three days ago. Customer service has been terrible. Seems like you have some young girls working here that has no customer service. I’m not a little young chick where every bit of lingo works for me and I don’t do tacky. On these two occasions, both experiences were less than pleasant and professional.. tacky females, which I didn’t appreciate because at the end of the day when I need some assistance in by beauty products, and you presented with people to have no knowledge is frustrating."
