Campus Club School Uniforms

"Debbie is rude & unprofessional! I wish this wasn’t the only place where I can get my sons school uniforms. Debbie needs to take a deep breath and stop taking out her personal issues on the customer. She needs to be replaced by someone who actually cares about their customers!"

"I went to the school uniform fair 2 months before school was back in session, the did not have any mediums on the second day, other than 1 shirt, so I ordered 8 different articles of clothing - 7 shirts and one cardigan for my son. I signed up for school delivery. I got a call a few weeks later advising I had a partial order in and asking if I wanted to pick up. I said no thank you I will get my whole order at the school when it comes in. They advised that would be 1 week before school started I said that was fine. I proceeded to receive 3 more calls over the next month asking me if I wanted to pick up a partial order. I repeated my first response. I go on the Thursday before school starts to pick up his clothes that they say have been dropped off and it is 2 shirts, with an order form showing all the items I was waiting on and the dates they came in supposedly weeks prior. I immediately called them and I was told they would call me back after looking into it, but that some of the items were backordered. I explained that it clearly shows the dates the items came in on the form so where are they? We are 3 weeks into school and I still have not heard hide nor hair and have to try and track them down meanwhile I have 1 shirt that fits and 1 from last year that he didn't completely destroy that I am having to wash every couple days just so he has a uniform to wear. I am very unhappy with the lack of follow up or customer service. I paid a lot of money almost three months ago for clothing I STILL do not have and am starting to feel like they are never going to give me."
