It’s been over 4 months at this point. I’ve been giving the run around and my calls/emails have been mostly ignored. It’s a shame they conduct business this way and it’s theft. Very unfortunate."

"If I could give Zero stars. I would. I worked at the distribution center for 8 months. They changed name to WH Smith now. This is one of the worst jobs I've been. Nothing but toxic people, mostly supervisors are the ones who are toxic. I saw great people leave because of the way the job is. They don't care about workers at all. They want numbers so bad, you give them numbers. They get rewarded and leave you out of it. There's two OG people that worked there for years that make the job so terrible. Joe and Guillermo (aka G). They are toxic people, Joe loves to fire people and bad mouth you. Say racist stuff and even cuss you out. G doesn't care about your safety or your existence. You ask him questions about the job, he brush you off and don't want to teach you or answer your questions. But if you mess up, it's all on you. He gives you dirty looks all the time. He's a backstabber and a weird person. This job is a joke, their equipment is terribly maintained. Their machine breaks down so often that you get send home very often because there's no work. Your check gets cut short and they won't pay for their irresponsibility. It's a very high turn over job, nothing but angry supervisors working there. They always suspect you stealing, it's like a prison there. No music is allowed, no talking or communicating with your co workers. They will write you up and treat you like garbage. There were times during pay day that you didn't get paid on time, they pay you day after. They make promises they can't keep, no raises or any benefits. I've seen many people come in and ended up quitting. Seen so many supervisors getting fired because once they become a supervisor, they become super disrespectful. Also, they change schedule so often. It affects your personal life. They don't care if you cant make it or not, they just fire you. It's a job that's a joke, I was a student working there. I was going to school full time and working there full time. Somehow they wanted to mess me up with the schedule and never seem to care about it. Luckily I dodged and ended quitting, succeeded. This was my personal experience working there. I don't recommend working there, it's a dirty place to work at. Bathroom is so dirty. Toilets are always clogged, piss on the floor. Food on the floor, I don't understand how this job is up running. It seriously stinks there. Very bad job. I don't recommend anyone working there at all!"

"Had appointment from 7am-4pm, my truck broke down, I arrived after 4pm they were close but took me with no problem the next morning. Was fast and easy. My Ste was 100 It’s the first builder or last in the corner depends on which way you’re coming from. There’s plenty of space for over night parking ."

"The distribution center is a very toxic and racist work environment. Wages are low supervisors are worthless. Especially the thing that looks like a duck/tadpole name (Rees) They are hiring all the time because of a very high turn over rate. Machines break down daily no on-site maintenance staff. They can barely get people to come in to work. Easy job but it will get old fast."

"I had a return about two weeks ago, the store manager Niomi helped with the return on phone and it was a quick and smooth process. Will definitely be returning to shop over there. I love their clothes and service with a smile."
