"Good customer service goes a long way. I came in and browsed for at least 30 minutes. There were two ladies working. I listened to them chat with 2 other ladies. However, neither of them said one word to me, not even "welcome.""

"Been wanting to go to this place for 2 months! Finally was able to come by and after browsing their Facebook and checking their google hours to see if they were open today(because I had seen that others had issues with coming here only to find out they closed early/never opened). Only to show up and there’s a sign on the door “closed Tuesday 1/24” I’m so disappointed. It took almost 1 1/2 hours to get there and to see that? So sad."

"The price and quality of the items is amazing. The staff is friendly and competent. However, most of the time I want to shop there I spend a half hour to an hour waiting for them to show up and open and wind up giving up and shopping elsewhere. I would like to buy from them, but there is a limit to how long I can stand outside their door waiting for them to be open during their own posted business hours."

"I travelled all the way from Hawaii to visit this store that a friend recommended to me. This is such a beautiful store with lots of real name brand clothing and accessories. The owner was beautiful, pleasant and helpful. I will definitely recommend this store to all of you looking for good quality items. I cannot wait to for my next visit to Vegas."
