"Nov, 2023 Shopped online for pickup at store. Very easy process. They will hold your package for 5 days. The sales rep and cashiers were very friendly and helpful. Christmas displays were cheery and bright. Lots of new holiday items on sale. There's always sales and discounts incentives. Wait in line to purchase was minimal. Excellent customer service. Neat and organized. Fully stocked shelves with lots of samplings. Ample parking lot with handicap parking and access. Vee greeted me when I entered. She was very friendly, cheerful and helpful. I wanted to exchange a couple of items I ordered online but didn't like the fragrance. She said no problem that I could select items of the same type for exchange which I did. No wait at the checkout. Shirley was very nice. She handled the return/exchange transaction with no problem. I definitely will return."
