"This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and for this business to take an order back in November and now, on the last day of February, receive my son's ring incorrectly. I reached out to the business, and they told me that they have to send it back and that I am looking at 8 to 16 weeks for a mistake they made. It is unbelievable that they refused to help after making such a big mistake in the order. When I asked to speak to someone else, no one was available, and my only option was to leave it and wait up to 16 weeks if I wanted it fixed. Poor customer service is completely unacceptable. His paperwork is correct with February’s birth stone and we get April."

"My first encourter was not so good with the customer service at Heff Jones. Of course you're at the mercy of who the high school contracts with. The associate was short and seem to be upset because we were buying one thing ($500), and not expensive items. I was really scared to see the final product after reading some of the reviews. Went in today picked up the ring and everything was as it should be. So the outcome was fine."

After three emails finally a response only to find out it wasn't there. They need a little more organization, but the ring is beautiful and my daughter is happy so I'm happy."
