"Since my daughter was born, I've always done the birthday bear for her! It's become a yearly tradition! We planned on going to the mall this evening, but we live over an hour away and I thought the mall would be open until at least 8 or 9, but they close at 7. We arrived at 6:54 and the gate was half shut. I normally don't ask for anything, but since we came so far, I thought I'd just ask if we could grab the birthday bear quickly and go! She opened the gate and helped my daughter with her bear. She did not rush the building part and allowed us to look around to grab a few items for the bear! A huge thank you to the woman that stayed late to make my little girl smile!! We really appreciate it and will be back!"
