"In my hour of need, when all I needed was one little rain poncho so my family could enjoy a day at the Minnesota Car Show, this Five Below was the only store in a five mile radius that showed any in stock online. I arrived promptly at opening time, joining another family waiting outside. The minutes passed and no one came to open the door. I called the store, no answer. The hours were clearly marked online and on the door and still no one was there to open the store. One by one the waiting families gave up, by now being ten minutes past opening time. Finally we gave up and decided to risk the unforgiving weather since Five Below found it too difficult to keep their promises."
