"These pharmacist need to do what they're qualified to do which is count pills and put em in a bottle. Refusing medicine to someone which is prescribed by a doctor is absolutely disgusting. There's a reason doctors are doctors and pharmacist are pharmacist. If you wanted to play doctor shoulda went to med. School and became one. Headache medicine which is critical to someone's well-being shouldn't be withheld from a patient based on a pill counters opinion. Tech Alicia needs to loose the doctor complex."

"Walgreen on 385 E Silverado Ranch. NEVER GO THERE to transfer your prescription. 2 weeks ago I called the Pharmacy to try to get my Prescription transfer from CVS. I was told to pick up my pills in 2 days. I went there they said they don’t see anything in my file. They told me to call and do another transfer. I called 2 more times gave all the information, still no updates. So I finally switch to another walgreen. My prescriptions were ready in a day. I have never had such a bad experience with any pharmacy. They are the worst!!!!!! I will give them no star if I have to."

"Super sick can't drive decided to get Express delivery..what a joke. 10am to 10pm NO SHOW But Walgreens charged my card twice for the same meds..called 5 times put on hold for hours...I think the Pharmacist are using their own products...I'm very sick."

"This was the absolute worst pharmacy experience. From long wait times on the phone and going back and forth with different people. After multiple phone calls, they told me it'll be ready soon and to come in now. Finally go to store and was told my RX was being worked on and would be ready in 5 minutes. Over 40 minutes later, I'm still sitting there. Meanwhile over 10 customers were taken care of before me. Realized I was still waiting because she probably forgot about me. Mistakes can happen but absolutely zero acknowledgment or apology for the ridiculous unnecessary wait time based on her incompetence. Absolute worst customer service! Avoid at all costs!!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not make this location your pharmacy. The wait times are ridiculous. Drive through was closed so I had to go inside to drop off my prescription. Stood in line for 30 minutes and was told to come back in 3 hrs with my prescription ready. Fast forward 3 hrs later I’m in the same long line this time I’ve waited 40 minutes for the pharmacist to tell me that Walgreens doesn’t take my insurance so it would be strictly OOP. I asked why was this not explained to me when dropping it off that would’ve saved me so much time. The pharmacist had no empathy and didn’t even apologize. I ended up leaving livid because they had wasted so much of my time. People are needing these things at least try make our lives easier when we come to you."
