"I love Cardenas. I always come here for my groceries, they have the best corn tortillas in town. I guess this is why I was so heartbroken and disappointed after what they did to me. I went to place an order for the Xmas dinners. I ordered a ham dinner for Dec 23 The next day, I decided to order another dinner but this time with a turkey. Mind you each dinner was $109 after tax. On Dec 22nd, one of the Managers called me to say they didn't order enough turkeys or they didn't get them on time, I told her I would take another ham. The next day I went to pick up the dinners but I also wanted to get some ready to eat chicken since I couldn't get a turkey. The Manager came to apologize and told me she was going to give me 10% off of the chicken I bought. Got all my things ready and went home. I took the ham out and BIG SURPRISE!!!! It was DISGUSTING!!! Both hams were either over cooked or spoiled. We were supposed to eat dinner in 2 hours. I took pictures and sent them to the Manager. She said she talked to the people from the kitchen, they don't know what happened. She offered to give me different food, OF COURSE I declined. At this point I'm freaking out cause I don't know what I'm going to serve my guests. We ended up eating KFC ☹️ They gave me a refund for the 2 dinners. Just know that if you ever order a big meal from them, always check the food before taking it home."

"This store is going down hill with everything included the customer services it was great when the opened the store clean and the quality of the food was good but now you can tell the new management it’s not doing a good job recruiting inexperience people."

"This was my first time shopping at this business. I just have to say this store is a treasure! I was surprised at the huge selection of products available at very reasonable prices. Fresh produce, spices, dry goods, baking products, milk, eggs, literally everything I needed all in one spot. The items are marked in Spanish & English for us less then fluent in Spanish.
