"I've been to this location about a handful of times in the past 3 years I've lived in the area. Each time, my experience is just horrible. I live alone, so I shop in small amounts when I do come here, and it seems to raise a red flag to the employees where every single time I was at the self checkout, the employees there end up right next to me, then each time I finish paying for my items, it's a rude "Have a nice day." Last time I was on the phone with my mom and the lady stood right next to me the whole time watching me, rudely interrupts my phone call and has an attitude for no reason, she just had to be acknowledged over my ear pods by aggressively saying "have a nice day!" At least sound like you care about your job and not make people feel uncomfortable paying for their items. I don't need to acknowledge the employees when it's called a self check out, especially if they're going to be rude. Your job is customer service, and I didn't need service. Obviously that's why it's called self checkout. And I don't need to be judged by shopping in small amounts when I shop for myself. You guys need to train your employees the different between paying customers and actual threats to the store. Or hire people that know what they're supposed to do."

"Employee's in the self check-out area are not to friendly. Seems at times I'm just being tolerated. What gets me is they see me all the time. I am a 35 year customer of your store. The many years I lived in Los Angeles I went to Vons and Pavillions. I don't get this feeling when I'm at the Charleston store or the store in Henderson on Boulder, they are always very friendly. Good customer service to all customers is a must."

"The Albertsons at Boulder hwy & Tropicana employee Terrisa is awesome. I'm 70+ yrs old and she is so kind, professional, helpful. I always have trouble checking out w/app and she smiles so sweet and assist me every time. My neighbor Lindy said the same thing about her. She is awesome. I want to thank her for her patience, kindness and professionalism she provides. Great lady"
