"Went in because we had an issue with our delivery where the Microwave had an issue and they took it back with them. Had to figure out when the new one was coming and Miguel was able to get everything taken care of. Turned out the delivery people never closed out the ticket so no one knew to call us but thankfully Miguel was able to email them for us and we got a new delivery time the same day. Thanks again for being so helpful and making sure our problem was solved."
