"I hate Digital Savings coupons. I had the Self Scan attendant trying to get the coupon work on my Smiths phone app. She kept asking me if I had already used it, and I said NO. She said she finally did it manually, and assured me it would show up on the receipt AFTER I paid. I checked the receipt, and I was charged the loyalty card price, not the Digital coupon price. I should stick to Walmart where items ring up correct the first time, without some Digital Magic that is supposed to happen when you pay, and usually doesn't."
"My go to grocery store. I usually stop by early in the morning after work/gym because it’s less crowded. They have everything I need. Must get the Smith Card , you’ll save couple bucks off your favorite items here. M&Ms are $3.99 right now lol They had Breyers ice cream on sale (buy one get one free and I went crazy lol) Every staff I’ve encountered here are usually friendly."
"Friendly customer service from all employees there. They always make you feel welcomed. Store is always clean and organized. Always have what I need in stock and is the only store that stocks the beer my husband drinks."
"I frequented this store, because it’s the closest market to my house. Been shopping here over a year since I moved to Las Vegas. I went here twice week using self checkout. Most of the cashiers of self checkout knows me by face. Today I felt like I was being discriminated against. It started out at the butcher’s counter. Female butcher with glasses helped me (if you could call it that) I asked for a six pound roast which was under $40. She told me she had to bring it to the front because it’s over $20. Really?! I’ve bought $100 in crab legs and they didn’t do this. I’m 43 years old, never in my life has this happened. Just this recent thanksgiving, I bought a $90 roast at Albertsons up the street and they trusted me enough to make it to the register. That’s not all though, I get to self checkout and tell the cashier overlooking the registers that that’s my roast and I’d like to ring it up now. I unassumingly reached for it since my register was next to her podium, she quickly snatched it away and scanned it for me, even though I was right in front of her. I’ve been a good paying customer and unlike some others, I don’t steal. A few human beings that are cashiers here know that, these two are discriminatory. Not that they care, but they’ve lost me as a regular. I’ll gladly drive the 5 minutes to where they treat me like a normal person trying to function in society, not some criminal. This all happened today in the morning when it wasn’t even busy."
"Thank you Malia ! I have been using Smith’s pickup service since 2020 and cannot say enough about how wonderful it is. Today I was assisted by Malia who has a beautiful smile and a great attitude. Being able to avoid bringing unwanted illness back to my vulnerable family members means a lot to me and I appreciate Malia’s gracious help today. Thank you Smith’s for selecting such outstanding staff members!!"
