"Very bad customer service. I went to the store for equipment upgrade and staying in line just like everybody else. When I need to use the restroom, I will directed to Carl's Jr cross the street. I identified to the sales that I am a long time paid customer with multiple lines and other services on the account. I was again told to go to a fast food place. Just want to make clear, CJ does not offer cellular service. This is awful trend after CV19, restroom is no longer offered to paid customers."

"Terrible experience, walked in, and no one even acknowledged I was there, no greetings, nothing. I waited around for about 15 min before someone even came up to me and asked my name to put me in line. At this point, I'm upset because even the Uber eats person got greeted as soon as they walked in. But now they wanted me to wait an extra 15 to 20 min before someone could see me. No sense of urgency. I'm definitely switching over. I'm tired of tmobiles' terrible service, both network and stores."
