"This CVS is so short handed. Only one lane. Second lane has been closed over a year. Always a long line inside too. Hire more help!!!!"
"The Warmsprings and Durango location hasn’t been up to its past professional standards. In the 7 years here I’ve used this pharmacy for approx 5 years and it’s becoming a nightmare. Medicines being sent to 30 min away location, transfers stated will happen and come back three hours later to not even been processed. Sat there for another 2 hours!"
"Worst drive through in Vegas only one lane open and I’m sitting seventh. What a shame. Been shopping here 7285 s. Durango. Since the day it opened. Going to transfer ALL my prescriptions to WALGREENS. WALGREENS always has two lanes open. Girls at window have attitude sometimes they don’t speak English. Can’t walk inside. I’m handicapped"
"I called the pharmacy from my cell phone and someone answered and immediately put me on hold. it started getting really close to the pharmacy lunch break and I was getting worried they were going to forget about me on purpose. I was on hold for around 15 minutes when I decided to call from my house phone just to see what would happen and someone answered and they immediately helped me with my question (which took less than a couple minutes to help me with) while my cell phone was still going on hold for 20+ minutes. After she helped me on the house phone I hung up both calls. I was trying to get my birth control filled depo shot. Not the first time I've had this Rx filled here but it has been a while. Same insurance. They told me initially it was on hold for some reason. Then the guy said that my insurance stopped covering it. And I'm like no that's wrong. He's like oh it needs prior authorization. Depo shot is an injection once every 90 days. They have me play phone tag between the Drs office and insurance. Plus the text situation earlier. Then I get a call the next day from a middle man company dealing with cvs pharmacy and the Dr office and the prior authorization. This guy says he just got off the phone with CVS and it turns out the guy at CVS was entering my Rx for 84 days instead of 90 days which was why my insurance was denying it. So a prior authorization was never needed in the first place the guy was just entering information incorrectly. (And then that guy at the counter had the nerve to lie to me and say insurance dropped coverage!) Absolutely terrible customer service at this place and it keeps getting worse."
"UPDATE: 4 hours later, I had to drive up there while I was on the phone w/ the doctor's office to confirm this pharmacy finally received the script! Took a picture of the long line that they always have & I still had to wait there 30+ minutes for them to fill the script! Unbelievable!!! I counted at least 6 employees behind the counter but yet everything took forever! How sway?!? I'm convinced all CVS pharmacies in Las Vegas & Henderson are incompetent! Where do I even begin when it comes to all the different situations of complete dissatisfaction!?!? I'm unsure if they need to hire & better train new employees or what, but they're "ALWAYS busy," which means ridiculously long hold times over the phone, or they never pick up the phone at all & long line's either in store or in the drive-thru. Today, I called them at 9 am. They said they never received a script that was electronically delivered yesterday, which means now I have to call the doctor's office to confirm the script was sent ( which it was sent yesterday & Dr. Office says they got a successful confirmation that it was received ) CVS claims they never received the script & I need to call Dr. Office back & ask them to resend the script! Dr. Office confirms they resent script & also talked with an employee to try to verbally get the script submitted. CVS said, "They're too busy for that & tells Dr. Office to fax it again" CVS still claims they never received the script. Doctor's office closes at 4:30, so I have to hope & pray this will get taken care of beforehand. Keep in mind I'm in severe pain & I'm calling during my breaks from work! I'm set up to receive text messages when the scripts are filled. I've verified this 3 times, and yet I NEVER get a text telling me my meds are ready for pick up. I always have to go up there or hope someone will answer the phone to confirm my scripts are ready for pickup! If I go there 90%of the time, I have to go back AFTER the later "promised time" if they say 6, the scripts most likely won't be ready until 730! I also asked them to transfer my scripts from a different CVS location since I moved. This location confirmed that all scripts will be transferred, but you guessed it!! They didn't transfer them & I'm still receiving text from the previous CVS location that meds are ready for pickup (at the old location), even though this location confirmed that they transferred all my scripts! This is so frustrating. Now I need to look for another pharmacy close by because CVS pharmacies are clearly incapable of doing their job! Just shut down all the CVS pharmacies!!"
