"It’s great to see so many high reviews, wish I could do the same. For a couple years I was going here and every time I had issues with not being able to see clearly with my glasses. He would retest and request new be made. Last year when the glasses weren’t clear again he informed me I had a misshapen eye so vision would change. The answer I got after spending $700. I went to a new place and everyone is amazing with various testing….she said no clue where the misshapen eye came from. When she gave me those metal frames with what she is prescribing for lenses I was amazed! I could see so clearly for the first time in years!! She said the prescription is quite different to what I have now. Also the person who fit my frames showed me how far off the line is on my existing glasses for near vs far sighting. I was not happy to have to spend another $350 when social security is my only income, thank goodness they are using my existing frames, but it was worth it to be able to see clearly! Good luck! Regarding response from Dr. 1. I haven't received copies of scans and I'm sure my dr would like to see them. 2. After many attempts to express how I could not see clearly from the glasses and getting the response that my eye was the issue why bother continuing to try with you. 3. Thank you for the offer to refund my money if I return the frames and lenses, however the frames are being used for new lenses so my new cost is for eye exam and correct lenses."

"We started going to Dr. Steed for our 12 year old who needed myopia management. We have been super impressed. Dr. Steed takes his time with you and will patiently answer any questions. He is honest and genuinely cares about his patients. The office is clean and modern, with plenty of comfortable seating. I like that there are 2 seats in each exam room + the exam chair. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff has worked with us when we needed to be seen on the same day for a possible eye infection. They have been very accommodating with scheduling. We have been very happy with all the appointments we have had."
