"my bf broke his screen and we found this place looking to buy a whole new phone. pricing for screen replacement were unbeatable AND it was done same day! literally probably took like 45 minutes total and the phone works PERFECT. customer service is amazing idk why all these sour reviews say the owner is “mean”. He is straight to the point and has a great sense of humour, you would have to be sensitive/soft to be offended by him. the man runs his business the way he likes to and it works. Anyways, highly recommend for any kind of phone needs!!!!!"

While I haven't personally encountered any issues, my friend has consistently been disappointed. Furthermore, the owner tends to respond defensively to negative reviews (read other replies that he left to the customers... sounds totally a narcissist) which perhaps indicating his mental issues. Overall, it's a nice little local place, but if you prefer not to be treated poorly, purchasing from a more reliable source like Amazon may be a wiser choice."
