"I like Vans but i have frustrations with this store and the fact that their sizing is not always true. My primary advice to these guys would be, if someone bought shoes for a gift and then found out the size listed on the shoes was incorrect due to a factory error, don't make them wait in your whole line twice to fix the problem. It's annoying enough that I had to come back at all but to them have to wait in the line to let them know the issue and then to have to wait again after I went and found another pair of shoes that did have the right size on them really pissed me off."
