"This location is rude and very unwelcoming their attitudes is horrible. They cut you off mid sentence with wrong information and they act very defensive towards you I’m never coming back to this location."
"Place looks closed from the outside... Weird location... But inside everything looks brand new. Helpful friendly staff."
"If I didn’t have to pic not one single star I wouldn’t have , this was my first time at this location it seems like no one was in the store yet ,so I called the store Mannager from the store answer and I said I was just making sure you guys are open she right away very rude said we open everyday !! And then she said n you have to wait about 10 minutes because my employees are running late she hung up the phone on me !! I waited the 10 minutes then I proceeded to walk inside the store I said good morning ,Mannager did not said anything back she ignore me had a mean face at all times made me feel not welcome at all , there was a younger Hispanic lady very nice came to help me and I made a purchase and left , but won’t ever be returning back here !! This store needs better leaders !"
"I came in with my family to look around and we saw a cleaner that we were interested in next to the register. The assistant manager comes by waving her hand saying “ move your in the way” I told her she was being rude as she walks by fast and a few minutes later comes back with Ross bags in her hands saying “you were in my way near the register. Worried about other things than her job and proper manors. Why put items near it if we aren’t allowed around it. I can only imagine how others are that work in this establishment…."
