"Places like this always scare me because who knows what they go through in your phone or not. Anyway, it’s a quick place so I will say that’s what it’s got going for them. Usually takes 1-3 hours at most. The thing that frustrated me was that we had went in for a new screen and the price came out to 109, great. After picking up, we got upsold with a $20 screen protector (which they don’t even tell you which one off their wall that they are putting on and that’s a ridiculous price) and honestly, it should’ve just came with the fix for free (it also did not fit my phone and was too small) and then there was a paper that describes they sell 3 different screens and apparently they had given me the low grade and worst one. I was never given an option for which screen I wanted as I’d assume I’d get the original Apple one. But apparently this one’s resolution and colors would be worse, it would be slower latency, there would be an Apple message saying this isn’t official parts, etc etc. so eventually coming back in and saying I wanted the Apple screen to my annoyance of never being let known about it and the huge price difference which essentially is half the cost of a new phone so not really worth it at the end of the day. The price was around $400? For an old iPhone. Ontop of that, they said they might have to charge me another $20 for a new screen protector if they couldn’t get this one off??? 1. It should be honored. 2. They are extremely easy to peel off? 3. They put a crazy tiny one on. Nonetheless, despite the high price and the upsell and lack of info from the beginning, it is a fast place and gets the job done."

"Will not repair within timeframe given. Cannot make appointments. Literally called and was told (by Giovanni) to make it by 5:30 (in the next 20 minutes) to get it repaired tonight before closing. I stated that I would arrive by 5:30pm. Rearranged life and kids to get there within the 20 minute timeframe (5:25pm). As soon as I arrived, was told they could not get it done tonight because they just gave the time slot to someone else. Do not make an appointment. Do not trust them to abide by timeframes. Book at a different location."

"They totally rock. Had a laptop with a busted keyboard and will be leaving the country for a bit in the next couple days. Not only did they accommodate me and got it fixed quickly, but at a more reasonable price than other places I called, who not only quoted me a higher price but also said they couldn't get it done for 2-3 days unless I paid a ridiculously excessive "express" fee. I'd recommend them to my friends and family and will work with them again in the future for sure."

"Giovanni helped us today (our first visit) and he was very pleasant from start to finish. He was knowledgeable and made the process very seamless. We even got our device back within apprx 1 hour for a cell phone screen repair. We’ll definitely come back here if we need help in the future."

"Had a good interaction here today. The tech took a cursory look at our (broken) phone and provided an estimate for the repair very quickly. Sadly, it's not a new phone, so the cost to repair would have been 70% of what a new, upgraded phone would be, so we opted to buy a new one. But we appreciated his knowledge and politeness."
