"I bought 5 Appliances from this store all LG Appliances.None of the appliances have serial numbers. The refrigerator compressor has gone out just before the 1 year anniversary of purchase. My home warranty will not repair the refrigerator due to not having serial numbers. The store offered to take the fridge back in exchange for another fridge how ever I must pay the difference. The store offered a 2% store credit for a fridge that was over $2k. It will cost $1k or more to repair the fridge. Worst experience ever!"
