"Theeeee worst Sam’s club cafe! I stopped coming here for almost a year and I gave them another chance and i should have went elsewhere. So discombobulated, slow line wrapped around the eating tables. They have about 2 people and 1 cashier and it’s just pure madness. Sam’s club you need to do better! I never had this problem at Costco!!!!!"

"I love this place. It gets busy but the employees are courteous and kind. I enjoy their great customer service. The store has a lot of great things and the food is great. Bakery is awesome too."

"The blonde lady at the exit is extremely rude to say the least. I scanned the wrong box of variety pack of chips and even though it was for the same exact price as the ones I had, she treated me like I was trying to steal them, even though I paid! She wasn’t nice to me at all, made me feel like I did something terribly wrong! They’re the SAME PRICE just different flavors and they were in the wrong place, not my fault. They refuse to do an even exchange, make me return them and have to wait 3- 5 days for a refund and told me to rebuy the same chips, so basically pay double today. What a hassle! I used scan and go because my son is Autistic and we cannot wait in long lines. This not only was extremely embarrassing but a giant waste of time. I was excited to go to Sams club because we just moved here and I never had any issues at Sams Club in California, everyone was always super friendly. I’m going to just cancel my membership and try Costco because this store wasn’t an environment I feel comfortable spending money in."

"Came in right when they opened, and it was a quick shopping trip. The store was clean, stocked, and employees available. I ordered 2 whole pizzas from the cafe, and they were ready in 6 minutes. I did scan and go for everything, which made the trip so much more convenient."
