"Ordered online for pickup at this location. Convenient location off 215 on N 5th St. Lots of parking with handicap access. Parking lot is very large, neat and clean. One entance and exit with handicap access. Large interior and items well displayed. There's a Starbucks located just inside the entrance. The Pick Up and Return station is located just inside the front entrance. Waitng time was minimal. Emily the service rep was very friendly, courteous and helpful. She brought out my items right away. She asked me if I needed a bag for the large storage container which I did. I spent some time to browse the different depts. Everything was neat and organized. Checkout stations and self ckeckout were adequatly staffed. Custimer reps were friendly as well."

"Humiliating. Nothing is locked up except the men’s underwear and there’s nobody here to unlock the cages to buy the underwear. Whoever thought this was a good idea to lock the underwear up should be fired. Guess I’ll shop somewhere else."

"I bought 200 dollars worth of gift cards for Christmas presents. The package and everything was intact. It was a 100 dollar gift card, a 50 dollar gift card, and another 50 dollar gift card. They were the visa brand cards. All three people that these were given to attempted to make purchases and there was no balance. Upon opening the undisturbed packaging there was numbers scratched off. Each person that I purchased these for took them back with gift receipt to store and basically was told there’s nothing target would do. This is absolutely unacceptable to allow customers to be scammed this way and have no assurance that we can buy a product and actually be able to use it. This happen one other time two years ago to me and same result with a gift card and receipt that I received as a gift. I guess after that experience I should have known better. As a corporation and store target needs to do better. Mid as well be stealing your customers money if this is how you are going to be conducting business. Those gift cards should be locked up if this is a known problem. After this experience and embarrassment of receiving phone calls about gifts that people couldn’t use I don’t know if I will conduct business with target any longer."

"Everything is literally locked in glass casses you can't even shop the products they have. I was trying to read what the products were and the glass covers the label. And when you call someone to open it they have to wait for you. What if I just want to shop the products this is insane!"

"Great location. I was previously in store this past Monday and I will say everyone is very nice. The person who stood out the most to me is Tara I believe she is one of the managers here. My daughter is disabled and is learning everyday things as an adult.She was patient with her. She explained everything to her. She took her time and didn’t judge my daughter for taking long. It’s hard to find places with great and genuine help. Usually people are short and tight when it comes to my daughter due to her disability and how long it takes her to respond. Thank you again Tara our shopping trip went wonderful because of you. I’m happy you are a manager here every time we come in I’ll be sure to look for you. You deserve this review and praises for your work. Great job Tara."
