"In general I have stopped going to Big Lots. I have found the quality and value has declined. I made an exception this time because it was the only place I could find a Snapple that my family likes. I ordered online for curbside pickup. Part of my order was canceled because amounts listed available were not correct. I pull up and follow the directions to call, press #4 and tell them I have arrived. The phone either rang endlessly or just hung up on me. I finally called the mainline. I was told they don't have enough people to do curbside and if I wanted pick up I had to come in. Dragging my 2 young daughters out of the car I then had to stand in line with everyone else to ask for my pick up. Holiday season and they only had 1 cashier working. I won't be shopping here again. For those that do shop here. Just know, you probably can't get curbside and prepare to wait."
