"This store make you loose your items they don’t give you a piece on mind like e pawn I highly recommend ez pawn or max pawn here in Las Vegas. They close the door knowing I was in the corner talking with them in the phone when I arrive 5:01pm. They don’t open me the Door knowing I was outside. They start laughing at me these people. Make you lose your items they don’t help you they call you one hour before they close so they can remind you that you are going to lose your item is not like other places please please this is for real don’t lose your time with supperpawn."

"As of 08/09/2023 I now understand why people hate this location don’t go in the morning stuff is slow. Sandra is the only good one in the morning. I really like the store but the older female manger was rude after the new guy helped me he was kind and friendly. I come in often to buy and pawn stuff and I don’t think I’ve seen her before or interacted with her so it was kind of a shock because very one there has a smile on their face and super friendly. This location stays open tell 8pm on most days which makes them have better stuff to buy."

"Manager very rude. I have given the store thousands of dollars they have good deals but the staff I mean I know there's a staffing shortage I know that it's hard to find employees but they act like they're doing you a favor even as they're taking your money I guess this is why Las Vegas has high transition no retention because good employees I mean they think they're underpaid but they're not even doing the basics of customer service that a high school kid can do"

"I see why this location has 2.1 rating, they bogus AF! They under price your items and mark up their percentage. Nick, I guess he’s a supervisor but he the sole reason why I will never revisit this location ever. Nick gave me a verbal price on two items, I left the power cord home on one item so I left both items with Nick until I returned. Once I returned Nick did not honor his verbal agreement and tried to offer me less than half of the agreed amount. Nick literally told me I left him the item which gave him more time to “research” the item. He researched the first time both he gave me the amount. Nick has no integrity and does not honor verbal agreements. Stay away from this pawn shop, they prey on us during these weak times. Before this incident this location was cool and somewhat fair but now I will never go back or recommend to anyone."
