"Staff measured my foot then told me they didn’t have my size however if I bought this size and width it would be the same as the size I should be… few weeks later my hip is killing me so I head back in they resize me and not only was I sized wrong the first time the size that was “comparable” most definitely was not. They changed the shoes out as a courtesy but again didn’t have the size I needed so I drove across town to get the right size. It’s been a few months now and I can officially say even with a low arch insole purchased separately from the already expensive shoe that these are the most uncomfortable work shoe. My hip doesn’t hurt as bad however my heel is a new and different story. Not sure what the deal is but I consider them a waste of money. Not only do they make me sore they’re already falling apart. Strings hanging from seams. Needless to say I’m less than impressed."

"I think the shoes are very comfortable and it's great. Very old fashioned designs. The staff knew what kind of shoes best fit me and measured my foot too. The only problem was I wasn't ready to make any purchases and I kept feeling pressured to buy the shoes. Like she kept hinting me to get them. Other than that it was okay."
