"Been here 3 times for delivery. Had appointment each. Get here early because it takes you 1 hour to get thru the gate. Then it's 4 hours if your lucky to get unloaded and another hour for paperwork. If you like time just sitting this delivery is for other truck drivers. And they didn't have to break anything down was all the same product each time."

"Arrived at 8am for a 10am appointment. Lady in guard shack very nice. Park in holding area in middle and wait for a call for a door. Called for door right at 10am. She keeps paperwork as receiving office is under construction. Restroom still available tho and vending machines. Easy docks. Lumper called at noon to pay. $215 for 3 pallets. Paperwork ready at 1pm. Pick it up at guard."

"This is a hard one because the people were actually all really courteous and helpful. The system is flawed slightly in the communication once unloaded. I was in a door and unloaded with green light within an hour of appointment. Took 2-3 hrs from there to deal with lumper fee and get paperwork. Everything is handled through gate guard and she is actually really nice. Few minor tweaks and this place would be a great one to go to"

"*update - 2nd time here, over 6 hours for 3 pallets (with no break down) absolutely unacceptable. I was unloaded in 2 hours, another 4 hours to get bills. Ridiculous. I feel bad for the gal at the gate because it's not her fault. Not the best. Definitely not the worst. 2 pallets to unload. Apparently the "no parking, fire lane" signs in the driveway mean NOTHING because I parked on the street at the driveway and ended up with 10 trucks in front of me by 3am. So if you want to be in the actual check in line. Park in the driveway I guess. I tried to stay out of the way of their trucks ability to get in and out and being nice meant I got screwed. Guard checks you in and assigns doors. She was pleasant, professional and efficient. 5 stars to her. Especially given the paperwork that needs to be done and doors assigned. Maybe the papers we need to fill out could be available ahead of time in a box or something to speed up the process for the first 15 trucks in the gate? 3 hours total for 2 pallets. Lumper is paid at the gate upon exit if paying with credit card. Doors are easy to back into, and you literally never have to leave your truck. The guard takes care of everything. Which is also a big plus. Would have given more stars if they had gotten me out in under 2 hours. I was unloaded in 15 min, but restacking and checking in freight takes a while longer than it should IMO. But I have definitely had worse experiences."
