Domino's Pizza 5516 Boulder Highway & J, Las Vegas, NV 89122

"I just got the brooklyn style pizza for the first time. Nothing significant, they just cut a "handtossed" into 6 slices. Firstly, Domino's doesn't even toss their dough, they just spread it on the counter. & they should've just cut it into 8 slices because all my slices are different sizes. This pizza looks retarded. & I selected for my pizza to be cooked well done on the app so it's not soggy. Sure enough, got a soggy pizza, which is also crazy because they barely put any sauce on it. Starting to get really tired of not getting what I'm paying for from this place..."

"The cashier was nice af I order 2 medium two toppings pizza and some honey bbq boneless wings and a 2 liter Dr Pepper. It took them 40 mins for my order to arrive. When they finally gave it to me there was no sauce on my wings. And I told the lady that it was supposed to be on their so she goes to put it on it and I told her never mind I just wanted a refund. The manager came up talking about were really busy I understand that but I’m in the fast food industry but we make sure our customers don’t wait 40 minutes for their food. Instead of just refunding my wings he did my whole order. So many deliveries order going out and not enough carry out."

"One of two pizzas I ordered didn't show up and when I called about it I got put on hold for 15 minutes. I finally hung up and called back to get assistance and after a little back and forth I was told they would make the missing pizza and bring it out. However the rep said they were very busy and it would be a long time. Only after pushing back and explaining it's unfair to treat a customer whom you failed to complete his order a priority above new orders did he agree to get the order in and expedited. It's not my fault a pizza was not brought on the order, nor should I be treated as if it's low priority regardless of how busy you are. I should get what was paid for without this much friction. Finally after 2 hours (from initial order) the missing pizza arrived. It was delicious. Caution when ordering here, if something is missing or they make a mistake, expect a fight to get it corrected."

"Horrible. Idk what happened to Dominos but I’m switching to Pizza Hut or Papa Johns. It used to be good and the portion was big but now their wings just became ridiculously small. And we ordered a “DOUBLE” cheese pizza not extra but double cheese! And we got the pizza the cheese was less than regular it was not cheesy at all. Just horrible. And the sauce for the wings? It was super dry there was barely any sauce. It’s like Dominos is broke they cut down on their ingredients."
