"Honestly I ordered a few weeks ago just to see what is in my backyard and I was disgusted by the location the pizza looked like it was a victim of a drive by shooting and most of it was stuck to the box the dough was clearly bad under the jalapeños, cheese and pepperoni there was a particular smell I sent corporate an email had only an auto response so that tells me how much pizza hut values us as customers The pizza was so bad no picture was taken but my two frenchies did not eat it and they love pizza but smelled it and ignored it"

"I used the app to order. I removed mushrooms from the pizza when it was delivered it had mushrooms all over it. Then when you try to call the store you get the National call center who tells you that the store is closed. However Google says they close at 1am. Finally got through to the store and they remade the pizza but the hassle of trying for 20 minutes plus trying to reach the store. Not worth it."

"Disgusting! Cheese pizza was delivered half cooked. Cooked it more myself. Was like eating soggy bread mixed with spaghetti sauce and artificial cheese"

"Last time I went here. I observed the guy making my pizza without gloves. Between touching money & constantly adjusting his pants...eww..When I asked him about his gloves, he told me that he only wears them if requested by the customer. I told him I didn't want the pizza. He kindly offered to make a new pizza for me. I realized everything he touched was contaminated even though he assured me he washed his hands. I almost threw up in my mouth with disgust I requested a refund."

"This will be the last time I spend money with Pizza Hut. I would usually go EVERY Friday for dinner for my household but the quality of the food is absolutely terrible and the cost continues to rise. The fact they they think it’s ok to give below standard food and think you’ll just accept it is beyond disrespectful to the customers. This was a total waste of my money because the food was not eatable at all. The pasta was completely dried out to the point the noodles was hard and just a hard crust of cheese on top. The cheesy breadsticks was completely overcooked that’s why it’s so dark and cheese is completely hard and crunchy. I’m beyond disappointed this is ridiculous"
