"Wednesday November 15 @ 10:45 pm Had a delivery from this Pizza Hut location. They closed early when it states that they close at 11. My customer is very unhappy and I am as well because now I won’t get payed for this delivery. Don’t be lazy. Keep your store open for the designated times or find another job. I will be contacting HR."
"The pizza was cold. The service was terrible they said I can't pay in quarters and proceeded to make me feel bad about it I payed 27 in card and the rest (10$) in quarters. The place was dirty also."
"The lake mead location is a joke! Their staff is slow, look overwhelmed and the manager that was there after 4pm on Friday Sept. 22 was no help at all and seemed like he didn't care for nothing to the point that he stepped outside after talking to me and went to smoke. My pizza was suppost to be ready at 4:14pm and I was not informed when I went to pay for it on the counter that my pizza was not made yet, some mistake happened with my pizza order and that it was going to take longer to be ready. I had to ask at 4:25pm about my pizza when I say the young man in the back put in the oven a pizza order that looked like Mine in the oven. I had to be at work at 5pm and pizza was dinner for my kids. I had to call my job and tell them I am running late. Didn't end up getting my pizza until 4:40pm. I should have just ordered my pizza from the sahara Location. I just thought since at that moment I was close to this location I could but NEVER AGAIN will I order from this location again. Lake mead and Hollywood location is not a good representation of pizza hut!! It's a shame."
"Got my pizza with no pizza sauce on it. Tf kinda goofy boy doesn’t put sauce on a pizza. Seems like this place only does good on your food if you tip good which I don’t feel is necessary every time, sorry not sorry it’s pizza. If you’re solely relying on tips than pizza isn’t the place."
