"I will start off by saying that over the past few years, Harbor Freight, has really stepped up their game in power tools, hand tools and overall their entire inventory. This is a place for beginner DIY'ers and professionals alike. I like how they have their power tools and most of their tools in three categories "good" "better" and "best". Their tools and power tools marked as best really do hold up with the best of them however the power tools have not come out with any brushless options. If you're looking to build your tool set I definitely recommend Harbor Freight they are not expensive in the lease and the quality is there without the price point of the top name companies. If you want top notch hand tools I would go with icon for all your mechanical needs. And their tool boxes and tool chest are up to par with the best of them like Standly and Milwaukee. Personally I have been renting on my Jeep and upgrading some things and I will say that they have everything I've needed so far. I personally started getting recovery gear as far as a winch, d-rings, snatch blocks and so much more. I would also invest in the membership I would get the two year paid membership it's worth it it's discounted and you get a $10 gift card if you sign up online. Best decision I've made this year."
