"Tammy (Tamara Rodriguez) scammed me into getting a bundle back in December. Told me my bill would be 88$, which was a lie. I’ve been paying 150$ for both Internet and mobile. She NEVER gave me the promotion or even tried to fix it. She has been ignoring my calls and messages since January. Cox WiFi is trash. The signal goes out everyday when I work from home. Horrible customer service from the live agents to the billing department and retention department."
